Terms
The rules for using i-subscribe. Updated October 2, 2026.
Using i-subscribe
You must be 13 or older. You're responsible for your account and for what's sent from your email address to your lists, including by your delegates. By using i-subscribe you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
Only people who want your email
- Invite only people who know you and expect to hear from you. Don't use bought, borrowed or scraped lists.
- Everyone joins by saying yes, and can leave or decline at any time; don't try to get around that (for example by inviting someone again under another list).
- If you send commercial or promotional email, you're responsible for following the laws that apply to it, such as saying who you are and where you can be reached.
What you can't send
Spam, scams or phishing; malware; anything illegal; harassment, threats or hate; other people's private information without their permission; or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
Limits
To keep email flowing for everyone, there are limits: right now up to 10 lists per person, 200 people per list, 50 invitations per list a day and 25 MB per message. We may change them.
When we step in
We may pause or delete a list or an account that breaks these terms, harms other people, or puts the service's email at risk, and we may block a list name. Where we can, we'll tell you why.
Your content
What you send stays yours. You allow us to store and pass it on to the people on your list, which is all we do with it.
The service
We work to keep i-subscribe running and your mail delivered, but we provide it as is, without guarantees, and we're not responsible for lost or delayed email or for what people send through it. We may change or stop the service, and we'll tell list owners first about anything important. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
