If you run a list

  1. Start a list

Pick a name, like bookclub, and enter the email you'll send from. We email you a link to confirm it's you (or a code to type). Your list's address is then bookclub@i-subscribe.com.

  2. Invite people

On Home, paste email addresses or import a spreadsheet. Each person gets one invitation and joins only if they accept.

  3. Share a link or QR code

Open "Share / QR code" on your list to print a poster, send the link, or put a Subscribe button on your website. Add a short message saying what the list is for; it shows on the poster and the sign-up page. People who use it confirm their email, then you approve them.

  4. Send an email

From your usual email app, write to your list's address. Everyone on the list gets their own copy, and replies come back to you, not to the whole list.

  5. See what went out

Sent mail, on each list, shows who got each message. Turn on receipts in Settings to get an email once a message has gone out.

  6. Get help running it

Add a delegate on your list: someone you trust who can send to it from their own email and manage who's on it.

  7. Run more than one list

Use "+ New list" on Home, for example one list per class or team. You can have up to 10, all sent from the same email.

  8. Delete a list

Settings, under Danger zone. It's deleted right away, with its people and sent mail.

If you're on a list

  1. Join a list

Tap Accept in the invitation, or open the list's subscribe link and confirm your email.

  2. Leave a list

Tap Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email from it, then the Unsubscribe button on the page that opens (or your mail app's own Unsubscribe button). No sign-in.

  3. Stop invitations

Choose "Never invite me" on any invitation, or turn invitations off in Settings.

  4. See all your lists

Sign in with your email to see every list you get under Subscriptions, and join, leave or rejoin them there.
